Fandango At Home Formally Vudu is Down For Many

Are you a Vudu customer (Now called Fandango At Home) who is unable to watch your movies or TV shows? You’re not alone, as many have taken to Facebook, Reddit, and the Downdetector to complain about being unable to watch their purchased movies or TV shows. The problem seems to be limited mostly to Roku devices but a few other customers have reported issues on other devices.

Update: Some users are reporting that the service is back online.

This is the second major outage this month as customers seemt o be unable to load their videos.

Customers are reporting when they plan a movie or TV show on the Vudu app, they get a blank screen or a solid color and the audio. Sadly they are unable to see the video of what they are trying to watch at this time.

The good news is customers who link their accounts to the Movies Anywhere app can watch most of their content through The Movie Anywhere app instead of on Vudu. You can learn how to do that HERE.

Many Vudu customers are reporting they are also unable to get ahold of Fanddango at Home customer service. Cord Cutters News is reaching out to Fandango the parent company of Vudu for comment and will post updates as we learn more.

This all comesas as Vudu was just renamed to Fandango at Home.

This is breaking news we will post updates as we learn more.
