Exclusive: New Details on Hulu’s Live TV Service

Yesterday a few details about Hulu’s live TV leaked out. Now today Cord Cutters News has even more new details about Hulu’s new live TV streaming service.

Yesterday it was reported that Hulu would be selling a $20 a month add-on that will allow for additional DVR hours and the ability to fast-forward through commercials along with other features. You would also get unlimited streams as part of the add-on. Yet this seems to have not been the full story.

Through our sources, Cord Cutters News has learned from a reliable source that the DVR option will NOT cost $20. It seems that Hulu will be offering multiple add-ons and upgrades. If you bundle them up it would be $20 but you will be able to pick and choose what add-ons you want. Need more streams? Want more DVR time? Etc.

This will allow subscribers to Hulu’s live TV streaming service to build a truly customizable package to fit their needs. Well we don’t know what the add-ons individually will cost less than what was first reported.

Also we learned that the basic DVR package that comes standard with Hulu live TV service will be robust.

Well we don’t have all of the details we want yet it sounds like Hulu’s live TV service will give us a very customizable experience. How exactly that will work we will have to wait and see.
