ESPN+ Content is Now Available Through Hulu

Sports fans rejoice, after announcing the update yesterday, ESPN+ content is now fully integrated and available on the Hulu app as of today. Now users can access ESPN+ content without leaving the Hulu app experience.

With the update, those who are subscribed to both Hulu and ESPN+ will be able to find their ESPN+ content on Hulu in its own section. Those who aren’t already subscribed to ESPN+ will be able to subscribe through Hulu. Users will also be able to purchase UFC pay-per-view events within the Hulu app.

With ESPN+, subscribers have access to the lineup of thousands of live sports events, including the most comprehensive lineup of soccer anywhere (such as the FA Cup, Bundesliga, Serie A, MLS and more), UFC, college sports — including basketball, football and others — from 20 conferences, golf coverage from The Players Championship, The Masters, The PGA Championship and much more. Subscribers can also watch acclaimed ESPN+ original shows and series like Peyton’s Places and Stephen A’s World, plus the entire award-winning 30 for 30 documentary series.

ESPN+ had 12.1 million subscribers as of the beginning of this year, shared at Disney’s most recent earnings call. In today’s announcement, Disney shared that 60% of all Hulu subscribers identify as sports fans, explaining the move to make sports more accessible to users.

An ESPN+ subscription costs $5.99/month or $59.99/year. You can also sign up for the Disney Bundle which includes Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ for $12.99/month.

By this summer, Hulu subscribers will also be able to purchase and watch ESPN+ pay-per-view events — including exclusive UFC PPV events — at an additional cost.
