ESPN 8: The Ocho Will Stream on Fornite’s Party Royale This Weekend

ESPN 8: The Ocho is turning 4 years old and to celebrate, Fortnite players can stream the channel right from the Party Royale Big Screen. In a first for ESPN, this collaboration lets Fornite users watch unconventional sports on The Ocho including cornhole, death diving, robot fights, and more beginning at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, August 8.

In addition, ESPN will make some of the Ocho programming available on-demand via the ESPN app.

Highlights of the weekend include:

You can watch on Fortnite’s Party Royale & The ESPN App.

Inspired by the Vince Vaughan and Ben Stiller comedy Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, ESPN 8: The Ocho started in 2017 as a place to showcase obscure sports. Since then, The Ocho has taken over ESPNU, ESPN2 and now the flagship ESPN.

Fortnite’s free Party Royale is a free online space where Fortnite players leave their weapons in the Battle Royale and come to hang out with friends, watch movies, concerts, and more. To watch The Ocho on August 8, players can jump in anytime before the show ends at 1:45 PM ET. It will also be rebroadcast from 4 PM to 8:45 PM ET.
