Dr. Phil to Host Election Coverage on Merit TV & Merit+

Election Day is less than a week away and Dr. Phil McGraw will lead coverage on his Merit TV network. The TV network, Merit+ streamer, and free app launched in April via Merit Street Media.

The network announced that Merit TV’s “America Decides 2024” kicks off on Tuesday, November 5 at 3:00 p.m. ET, on the network, which reaches 100 million homes. Dominique Sachse and Fanchon Stinger will serve as anchor during the initial, hour-long preview of the night’s events, featuring real-time insights from key swing states.

At 7:00 p.m. ET, the network expands with “Dr. Phil’s Merit TV: America Decides 2024,” as Dr. Phil leads viewers through election updates and official calls from counties and states across the U.S. Coverage begins with a town hall featuring previously undecided voters discussing last-minute decisions in the presidential race.

In the studio, Dr. Phil will be joined by “The News on Merit Street” anchors Kris Gutierrez, Loni Coombs, and Lyndsay Keith, who will track poll closings and talk with top experts in their field. Reporters nationwide will provide minute-by-minute updates from key locations including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C. “America Decides 2024” will also feature reporting from Kamala Harris and Donald Trump headquarters watch parties.
