Disney will be launching its streaming service in eight more countries on September 15, following its expansion to UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland in March.
Disney+ will be available in the following areas:
- Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Iceland, and Luxembourg — €6.99 monthly/€69.99 annually
- Norway — 69 NOK monthly/689 annually
- Sweden — 69 SEK monthly/689 annually
- Denmark— 69 DKK monthly/589 DKK annually
Disney+ subscribers will be able to watch the collection from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic on mobile and devices including streaming devices, game consoles, and smart TVs.
In May, Disney announced that the streaming service had reached 54.5 million subscribers and expects to reach 60-90 million subscribers worldwide by 2024.
