Disney+ is Now Available on Android TV Devices Including The Nvidia Shield

The Mandalorian Bounty HunterDisney+ has officially launched and is now available on many devices, including Android phones, tablets, and Android TV.

The Disney+ Android app can be found in the Google Play Store for viewers in the US, Canada, and the Netherlands.

With the Disney+ app, subscribers can use the new streaming service on mobile devices as well as Android TV devices, including the Nvidia Shield. Those using the Disney+ app on mobile devices can download content for offline viewing. With Chromecast support, that content can be cast to TV screens.

Disney+ subscriptions cost $6.99/month or $69.99/year with a free 7 day trial. Subscribers can get a bundle deal including Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu with limited ads for $12.99/month, starting today. Learn more about the bundle deal and limitations for the subscription in this post.

The app is also available on Roku, PS4, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android, iOS and Xbox, along with Samsung and LG smart TVs.

The new platform includes a large library of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. You’ll also find new original content, including The Mandalorian, Marvel Hero Project, and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
