DISH & Sling TV Freestream Add FOX Weather For Free

Today FOX and DISH announced a deal to bring FOX Weather to DISH and Sling TV. FOX Weather is a 24/7 life weather network taking on the Weather Channel. The service is free ad-supported and has been available on Verizon Fios, The Roku Channel, fuboTV, YouTubeTV, Amazon News, DIRECTV STREAM, Xumo Play, WOW!, Vidgo, TuneIn, and Plex.

“As we continue to grow our premium live weather news service, we are thrilled to expand FOX Weather’s reach to include DISH Network and Sling Freestream consumers.” Said Sharri Berg the president of Fox News Media.

Sling TV will offer this channel for free to all customers through Sling TV Freestream. You can find it in the Sling app for free even if you are not a paying customer.

FOX Weather is launching today nationwide to DISH Network. FOX Weather will be available on channel 222 on the America’s Top 120, 200 and 250 Packages. Viewers will also have access to the comprehensive weather service through the DISH Anywhere TV app. 

FOX Weather is available via the FOX News app, Verizon Fios, Spectrum, Optimum, Cox Communications, Samsung TV Plus, Tubi, Fire TV Channels, Amazon Freevee, YouTube TV, The Roku Channel, DIRECTV STREAM, LG Channels, fuboTV, XUMO Play, Vizio Watchfree+, Audacy and Plex. FOX Weather is also free over the air in select markets with an antenna, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, Houston, Washington, Phoenix, Seattle, Tampa Bay, Minneapolis, Detroit, Orlando, Milwaukee, and Austin.
