ACE members include Amazon, AMC Networks, BBC Worldwide, Bell Canada and Bell Media, Canal+ Group, CBS Corporation, Channel 5, Constantin Film, Discovery, Foxtel, Grupo Globo, HBO, Hulu, Lionsgate, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), Millennium Media, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Paramount Pictures, SF Studios, Sky, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Star India, Studio Babelsberg, STX Entertainment, Telefe, Telemundo, Televisa, Univision Communications Inc., Village Roadshow, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.
Since 2017 ACE has gone after device sellers/operators Tickbox and Dragon Box. ACE also has ongoing lawsuits involving Setvnow and Omniverse. ACE has said these companies do not have the rights to stream the content they are currently offering.

Correction: ACE reached out to Cord Cutters News to clarify its press release. While Ace does have ongoing lawsuits with Setvnow and Omniverse this does not mean Discovery is joining the lawsuit.
