DIRECTV NOW Is No Longer Supporting ESPN Goal Line

Fans of soccer watching matchOver the weekend a few readers reached out to Cord Cutters News letting us know that ESPN Goal Line was no longer supporting DIRECTV NOW logins on the ESPN app. ESPN Goal Line is a channel similar to NFL RedZone. On Saturday afternoons the channel bounces around all the biggest college football games airing on ESPN’s family of networks and ABC.

Most live TV streaming services offer ESPN Goal Line if you log in through the ESPN app. (A few, like Sling TV, also offer it through the Sling TV app.) Since launch, DIRECTV NOW has supported ESPN Goal Line but as of this week, Cord Cutters News has confirmed they are no longer supporting ESPN Goal Line. When you try to access the channel, you get a message that says your package does not support this channel.

Cord Cutters News reached out to AT&T on Saturday for comment, but as of the time of this posting AT&T has not responded to our request for comment.

It is possible this is a short-term issue, but readers have told us for the last few weeks the channel has not supported DIRECTV NOW’s login. Did you notice when this started? Leave us a comment and let us know.
