DIRECTV NOW Is Giving a One-Time $10 Credit to Some Subscribers

Worried couple reading a letter sitting on a couch in the living room at homeLate last week DIRECTV NOW started to contact some subscribers notifying them that they will be getting a one-time $10 credit. This credit is the result of some DIRECTV NOW subscribers not getting notified of the recent price hike.

In an email sent to some DIRECTV NOW subscribers, AT&T said: “It’s come to our attention that you may have not received a notification regarding our recent price increase and were charged an additional $10 on your last payment. Because of this, we are issuing a refund for the additional $10 to your original method of payment in the next 5-7 business days. Your future payments will reflect your increased rate.”

It looks like only a select group of DIRECTV NOW subscribers will be getting this $10 refund. We are not sure how many DIRECTV NOW subscribers did not get the notification of the price hike.

This is a one-time only refund. The $10 price hike will be imposed on all who receive this credit.
