That means starting today AT&T Unlimited Choice customers who subscribe to DIRECTV NOW can get both for just $70 a month.
“Customers shouldn’t settle for plain-old unlimited plans. With us, they can stream at least 60 live channels, as well as on-demand, premium channels, popular shows, and hit movies through DIRECTV NOW. And DIRECTV NOW requires no annual contract, no long-term commitment, no hassle,” said David Christopher, chief marketing officer, AT&T Entertainment Group. “We’re giving customers entertainment where, when and how they want it.”
How this deal works:
- On AT&T Unlimited Choice a single line starts at $60 a month after AutoPay and paperless bill discount.
- The DIRECTV NOW Live a Little package is only $10 more after a $25 per month DIRECTV NOW video credit.
- Live a Little includes 60+ top TV channels and over 10,000 on-demand shows and movies. On DIRECTV NOW users can stream from a phone or tablet, or watch in HD on a TV using a compatible device over your home internet. No annual contracts, no hardware.
“We’re enabling the next generation of unlimited mobile entertainment. Video now makes up more than half of our mobile traffic with 75% growth between 2015 and 2016 alone. We expect video traffic to become a major driver of growth in 2020.” AT&T said in a statement to Cord Cutters News.
