DIRECTV & DIRECTV STREAM Add 10 New Channels From A+E Networks

Today, DIRECTV announced that it has signed a wide-ranging deal with A+E Networks®, adding 10 new live channels of popular A+E library franchises to its streaming and satellite offerings. Initially launching ten new channels, the agreement brings curated programming and beloved series from A&E®, Lifetime®, and The HISTORY Channel® to DIRECTV customers.

The new channels, now accessible to all DIRECTV via the Internet and DIRECTV STREAM subscribers, as well as satellite customers through the DIRECTV app, offer a diverse selection of content catering to various interests.

Linda Burakoff, senior vice president of content and programming at DIRECTV, highlighted the company’s commitment to providing greater choice and customization to viewers, emphasizing the strength of A+E Networks’ portfolio and proven track record.
