June 17 is the 31st anniversary of DIRECTV and the company is celebrating with its DIRECTV Perks initiative throughout the month of June.
What are DIRECTV Perks?
DIRECTV customers who have a DIRECTV Signature package can sign up for the Perks program, a customer loyalty program, for free. Members can then earn tokens by engaging with the service through things like making on-time bill payments, celebrating service anniversaries, and participating in activities like a spin-to-win game. Tokens can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including bill credits, movie rentals, gift cards, and more.
In addition to earning and spending tokens, Perks program members will extra benefits including “unique rewards, content, and experiences.” The program also has special events like sweepstakes and instant-win games.

To celebrate ‘DIRECTV Day’ on June 17, DIRECTV is offering some new options for redeeming tokens and entering sweepstakes.
Charitable Contribution: All DIRECTV Perks tokens spent by members will be counted toward a donation to Ronald McDonald House Charity (RMHC), up to $50,000.
