DIRECTV is giving MyEntertainment genre pack subscribers access to all the comfort shows this fall, with the addition of new channels from Hallmark and AMC.
Beginning today, Hallmark Channel is available on the MyEntertainment genre pack. The timing couldn’t be better, with Hallmark’s Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas event starting on Friday. The event airs over 80 hours of all-new holiday content, plus fan-favorite movie marathons over ten weeks. In addition, Hallmark Mystery and Hallmark Family are now available on the MyCinema mini-pack add on, which can be added to any of the genre packs.
AMC Networks will also be joining the MyEntertainment pack today, including AMC, BBC America, IFC, SundanceTV, and WE TV. Along with its normal original series, reality TV, and films, AMC will be presenting its monthlong holiday feature, “Best Christmas Ever,” from November 30 to December 26. The lineup will include favorites like Elf, National Lampoon’s Christmas
Vacation, The Polar Express, and Four Christmases, along with all-new AMC movies debuting later this year.
