To mark the 30th anniversary of Moesha, Dabl Network is airing a full-day marathon of the beloved sitcom on Monday, January 19, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The celebration features 28 fan-favorite episodes that highlight the show’s cultural impact, humor, and heartfelt storytelling.
Starring R&B artist Brandy Norwood as Moesha Mitchell, the series originally aired from 1996 to 2001 on UPN and quickly became one of the network’s most successful and influential shows. Set in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, Moesha follows a Black teenager navigating family, friendships, and growing up. The show tackled serious topics like teen pregnancy, parental conflict, and peer pressure, while also serving as a launching pad for The Parkers and careers of stars like Sheryl Lee Ralph and William Allen Young.
The marathon will run on Dabl, a free over-the-air network available in most U.S. markets. Viewers can tune in via antenna or stream it through live TV services that carry local channels, such as YouTube TV, Fubo, or Paramount+ with Live TV. Station listings and availability can be found at Dabl.com.
