Cord Cutters News can now confirm that CBS owned The CW affiliates have just gone live on DIRECTV NOW. We still have no official word from AT&T but it looks like by morning most of the CBS owned stations will be live on DIRECTV NOW.
Now just because you may get a saying The is coming it may not in your area. Recently DIRECTV NOW emailed every DIRECTV NOW subscriber saying The CW was coming. Yet they have only confirmed that The CW owned and operated stations will be added at first.
The following are all The CW stations CBS owns:
- Atlanta
- Detroit
- Pittsburg
- Philadelphia
- Sacramento
- San Francisco
- Seattle
- Tampa
NOTE: We can only confirm a few The CW Markets have been added so far. It’s likely DIRECTV NOW will be adding them tonight and tomorrow. If you do not see your The CW affiliate give it time. They have not even officially announced them yet.
We have reached out to AT&T for comment and will update this story when we learn more.
