CuriosityStream Celebrates the 20th Anniversary of The Lunar Landing with “Return to the Moon”

July 20th marks the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing and CuriosityStream is celebrating the event with the world premiere of the 4K documentary Return to the Moon.

Return to the Moonis an original film from CuriosityStream which tells the story of the Apollo 11 launch on July 20, 1969. In the film, the audience will relive the moments when Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and the crew landed on the moon for the first time. Viewers will also get a glimpse into the current space talks, exploring the technology and resources needed to continue exploring and potentially colonizing.

Following the premiere of Return to the Moon, CuriosityStream will begin New Moon Mondays. Starting June 17th, the streaming service will be airing space themed content each week. Look for these titles in the lineup: Hack the Moon: Unsung Heroes of Apollo, Living Universe, Space Probes, Lunar Rover, The Apollo Moon Landings, and Mystery Signals from Space.
