Crunchyroll Launches 24/7 Free Channel on Samsung TV Plus

Anime fans now have one more reason to use Samsung TV Plus on. Crunchyroll has just launched a brand-new 24/7 FAST (Free Ad-Supported Television) channel exclusively for Samsung Smart TVs, giving viewers a non-stop stream of hit anime series with no subscription required.

The new Crunchyroll Channel offers around-the-clock access to a curated lineup of fan-favorite shows like Yu Yu Hakusho, Assassination Classroom, Black Clover, and To Your Eternity, among others. Both English-dubbed and subbed content will be featured, making the channel accessible for longtime fans and anime newcomers alike.

This move expands Crunchyroll’s presence on Samsung platforms, following the launch of its dedicated streaming app on Samsung Smart TVs last year. The always-on channel aims to bring the anime experience to the widest audience possible. That means no sign-in, no fees, and no waiting for the next episode.

“Crunchyroll is committed to making anime more accessible than ever,” said Mitchel Berger, EVP of Global Commerce at Crunchyroll. “We’re excited to give fans, and those just discovering anime, a curated, always-on way to experience the stories and characters they love.”

In addition to beloved series, the Crunchyroll Channel will also showcase full episodes of Crunchyroll Presents: The Anime Effect, the brand’s flagship podcast-turned-video series that highlights how anime influences everyday life, even for people who might not realize they’re fans yet.

Where To Watch

The 24/7 Crunchyroll Channel is now streaming live. It joins Samsung’s growing library of FAST content, giving viewers free access to genre-specific programming without requiring a subscription.

For fans who want even more, Crunchyroll Premium memberships start at $7.99/month, offering ad-free access to over 25,000 hours and 50,000 episodes of anime, including simulcasts of the latest shows straight from Japan.

The Crunchyroll app remains available from 2017 to 2025, letting fans choose between on-demand and live-streaming anime experiences.

Whether you’re revisiting anime classics or discovering the genre for the first time, Samsung TV Plus users now have a no-hassle way to enjoy it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
