Crackle Expands into FREE Anime

Crackle has long been one of the big names in free, ad-supported streaming. Now they also want to be known as the place to go for anime.

To kick-start their new anime section, Crackle has struck a deal to add every Robotech show ever made and even the movie Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles to their lineup starting May 15, 2016. In 2009, IGN named Robotech the 34^th best animated series of all time, making it a must-watch series that is now 100% free.

This is just the start of Crackle’s new anime program, with more shows and movies to be added regularly in an effort to make Crackle the best place for 100% free anime movies and TV shows.

Crackle already has about a dozen well-known anime movies and TV shows, such as Tokyo Godfathers and Blood. Yet this is just a taste of what Crackle plans to grow into a massive library of movies and TV shows that will make any anime fan happy.
