Cox Is Now Offering Pre-Paid Home Internet

We are not sure exactly when this happened, but Cox is offering pre-paid home internet. This deal includes 25 Mbps down internet with a free Wi-Fi modem for $50 a month. (The price is reportedly guaranteed for 3 years.)

There is no contract for this deal and no credit checks making this a great option for short-term internet and anyone with credit issues.

Comcast has already offered a program like this for several years. We are not sure how long Cox has offered this service but we wanted to point it out for our readers who may be interested in a plan like this.
