Cutting the cable connection to coax connector illustrating retired people cancelling cable TV serviceDo you have a cord cutting question? We can help you with that!

One of my goals for Cord Cutters News is to not only cover the news but also to help you get the most out of your cord cutting experience. Part of that is answering as many of your questions as we possibly can.

To help you get answers to your questions we have created several different ways to get help.

Our Facebook Group

Cord Cutting Tech Support is a Facebook group with almost 14,000 members ready to answer your cord cutting questions. From getting started to very technical questions, someone there can help. I could not be more proud of all the members who donate their time to help others.

Our Weekly Live Q&A

Every Wednesday at 7 PM Eastern Luke answers cord cutting questions on our Facebook Page and our YouTube account. Just leave the question in the comments, and Luke will do his best to answer every cord cutting question he can.

Our Forums

If you are not a fan of Facebook or YouTube, check out our free Cord Cutting Forums. Create an account and post your question. A growing number of members will do their best to help you.

Email

We do offer email on our Contact Us page as a way to get help as a cord cutter; however, we are getting flooded with hundreds of emails asking for help. With so many emails, we just cannot keep up with them no matter how hard we try. You are always welcome to email us, but please know a response may be slow.

I highly recommend if you can to post your question(s) in one of the other help sections we offer. You are far more likely to get a quick answer.

If you have a cord cutting tip or a story idea please send us an email. We love hearing from readers with tips, and some of our best breaking news comes from the readers.

Once again, thank you for being a reader and for all of your support of Cord Cutters News.

Please follow us on Facebook and Twitter for more news, tips, and reviews.
