OmniVance, a company that describes itself as, “OmniVance Advisors increase your company’s certainty, credibility and trust with a consistent and relevant message with our three-pronged approached to creating a solid base for growth, sales and cash-flow opportunities with our media relations, public relations and investor relations for your company” has posted on their official site today that UltraFlix will be on both the Roku and Fire TV platforms.

You can find the post in their official Facebook group here: http://omnivanceadvisors.com/2015/09/25/ntek-and-ultraflix-update-from-investor-relations/

We can confirm that NTEK does own Ultraflix. This new posting is consistent with what we reported on Wednesday about UltraFlix 4k streaming coming to the new Roku. The news that UltraFlix will be on the new Fire TV was unexpected.  Ultraflix is likely to be added to the new Fire TV when it is released or shortly thereafter.
