Have you been hit hard recently by the recent wave of severe weather impacting the United States? Comcast has announced in areas that have been hit hard, that they are opening up their WiFi networks to offer free internet to anyone, even if they are not a Comcast customer.

So far, we have confirmed that the internet has been made free to use in Memphis, Covington, and Little Rock. If you are impacting in these areas and others, Comcast, for 14 days, is opening up their WiFi networks to anyone and, in some areas, has stationed mobile trucks to offer free WiFi.

If you are in an area heavily impacted by the recent storms you can find local Comcast Xfinity hotspots by visiting Comcast’s website HERE.

Sadly we do not have a full list of areas getting the free internet, but they seem to be any areas heavily damaged by the recent storms that Comcast services.

This internet can be used to help locals do the everyday tasks that now need a reliable internet connection, like submitting insurance claims, school assignments, completing work, and more.
