While Facebook has also started to ban the sales of these boxes, you will still find them here and there. Facebook has successfully banned a few of the bigger accounts that did nothing but spam these so-called “Kodi Boxes” in many different sales groups.
Now it seems that the sellers of these pirate “Kodi Boxes” have found a new way to sell these boxes: Facebook ads. It seems Facebook does not care about the ads that are being purchased or what they sell.
Increasingly you will see Facebook ads promoting a wide range of streaming players. Some of which are way overpriced piracy boxes promising free everything for a one time cost. These boxes want to appear legit, but are expensive boxes loaded with free piracy apps that you could get for free.
So how can you spot the piracy boxes?
Not all streaming players sold on Facebook are piracy boxes; however, there are a few ways to pick them out. If an ad sounds too good to be true it probably is.
No you cannot pay a one-time high fee and get a lifetime of free movies and live TV without any ads. In short this is something you need to use your best judgment on. If the service sounds too good to be true it probably is.
So use your best judgment and remember if it sounds too good to be true it really is.
