Breezeline Cable TV is Launching a Live TV Streaming Service in 3 More States

Today, the eighth-largest cable TV company in America, Breezeline, announced that it is launching a live TV streaming service in three more states. This comes as Breezeline has been moving customers to a new streaming service called Stream TV. This process started earlier this year in other states like Ohio, where Breezeline announced that it would be moving all its cable TV customers to streaming. In the greater Columbus, Ohio area, they announced that Breezeline would shut down their cable TV network in the late summer of 2023.

Stream TV from Breezeline is already available in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Flordia, and Ohio service areas. Now, they are adding Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia to the list of markets where streaming TV will replace cable TV.

Here is how Breezeline describes Stream TV’s features:

“Breezeline Stream TV transforms the TV viewing experience and gives customers more ways to watch,” said Shaun Blake, vice president, products and programming for Breezeline. “It unites popular content from thousands of sources with powerful features and a beautiful interface, making it easier than ever to search for and view content on a large screen or a mobile device.”

Breezelin says their streaming player will cost $4.99 a month. Breezeline’s press release did not say if customers would be able to bring their own streaming players to avoid this fee.

Update: Breezeline has confirmed to Cord Cutters News that they will still be offering their old cable TV service in these markets for existing video customers.
