This year, for the first time, we added a new category to our Cordie Awards for Best OTA Sub Channel of 2017. Thanks to our readers, we now know what your favorite digital subs channels are.

So here are the Best OTA Sub Channels of 2017…

In third place with 12.1% of the vote is Comet TV. If you are a sci-fi fan, Comet TV is a must-have channel that airs some of the best sci-fi on TV including “Stargate SG1,” “Andromeda,” “The Outer Limits,” and “Mystery Science Theater 3000.” Thanks you, our readers, Comet TV is the third most popular OTA sub channel of 2017.

In second place with 23.3% of the vote is Antenna TV. If you love classic shows, Antenna TV is one of the best options out there, with a wide range of shows including “I Dream of Jeannie,” “Growing Pains,” “Murphy Brown,” “Three’s a Crowd,” “Webster,” and even classic episodes of “Johnny Carson” to name a few. The station has been so popular there has even been talk of launching a second Antenna TV network. Thanks to you, Antenna TV is the second most popular OTA sub channel of 2017.

The Best OTA Sub Channel of 2017 Is…

MeTV…

MeTV just beat out Antenna TV with 25.4% of the vote. If you love classic shows, MeTV has a huge lineup including “Batman,” “The Andy Griffith Show,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “The Beverly Hillbillies,” “Cheers,” “Columbo,” “Carol Burnett and Friends,” “Diagnosis Murder,” and “Hogan’s Heroes.”

There are so many classic shows on MeTV that we could fill an entire post just trying to list what you will find. Thanks to you, Me TV is the Best OTA Sub Channel of 2017.

Some Other Notable Networks

There are so many OTA sub channels that the list of channels that received votes ended up being very long. Let’s take a quick look at a few others that received votes.

Stadium was in fourth place with 8.8% of the votes. If you love sports, you really should check out Stadium. They are both streamed online for free and aired free over the air in a growing number of markets.

Other networks to get noticeable votes are Bounce, Retro TV, TBD, and GET.
