AT&T’s DIRECTV NOW Is Adding More Sinclair & Scripps Owned ABC, CBS, FOX, & NBC Locals

Today DIRECTV NOW started to add more ABC, CBS, FOX, & NBC local affiliates. As best we can tell DIRECTV NOW has started to add more local affiliates owned by Sinclair, and E. W. Scripps Company. Thanks to a tip from a reader we can confirm that ABC 23 KERO and FOX58 KBFX was added today to DIRECTV NOW.

DIRECTV NOW has made it clear that adding local affiliates is a priority. Every week they have been adding a few locals here and there. DIRECTV NOW is not alone in their efforts to add local TV to their streaming service. Hulu, PlayStation Vue, fuboTV, YouTube TV, and others have all been rushing to add as many locals as they can.
