The stations were removed from the platform as far back at May 30th.The FCC issued a report against the Sinclair shared service agreement station owners earlier this month, calling their actions the “most egregious” violation of good faith guidelines governing retransmission consent the FCC had ever seen.
The following are the stations that have agreed to renewals, bringing their stations back to AT&T customers.
- Nashville License Holdings returned its CW station in Nashville on Tuesday, November 26.
- Waitt Broadcasting returned its CBS affiliate in Sioux City IA on Friday, November 22.
- MPS Media returned its NBC affiliate in Gainesville FL and three CW affiliates in Chattanooga TN, Wilkes Barre PA and Tallahassee FL on Sunday, November 17.
- Mercury Broadcast Group returned its MyNetwork station in Wichita-Hutchinson KS on Thursday, November 14.
- Howard Stirk Holdings returned its NBC and CW affiliates in Flint MI and Myrtle Beach SC on Saturday, November 9.
- Roberts Media returned its NBC affiliate in Eugene OR on Friday, November 8.
- Deerfield Media, the largest of the Sinclair SSA groups, returned its six individual ABC, NBC, FOX, CW and MNT affiliates in five cities on Wednesday, November 6.
- Second Generation of Iowa returned its FOX affiliate in Cedar Rapids IA on Friday, November 1.
