AT&T TV NOW PLUS & MAX Plans Are Going up In Price By $15 a Month in November

Earlier today Cord Cutters News broke the news that A&TT TV NOW will be raising the price on grandfathered plans by $10 a month. Now AT&T has also started to inform PLUS and MAX customers that their plans will be going up by $15 a month to $65 a month for the PLUS plan and $85 a month for the MAX plan. This new price plan will take effect next month on new and current AT&T TV customers starting on November 19th, 2019 according to our sources inside AT&T.

UPDATE: AT&T has officially confirmed the price increase will take effect on November 19, 2019. Originally AT&T reported the 20th as the date when the price change would take effect. A few minutes ago AT&T emailed out a correction on the date of the price hike.

This all comes as AT&T has been shifting its focus from AT&T TV NOW to AT&T TV, a new streaming version of its DIRECTV packages.

This new rise in cost is the second major price hike on AT&T TV NOW this year. AT&T has made it clear that the future of AT&T’s TV efforts lies within its new AT&T TV service that is currently live in 10 markets and will be rolling out nationwide by the end of 2019. It is reported that AT&T will soon start the expansion of AT&T TV into new markets in the coming weeks.

AT&T TV NOW has already started notifying current Plus Package customers about the hike to $65. MAX package customers will soon be getting notifications about the November 2019 price raise.
