AT&T TV NOW is Currently Down for Some Users

This morning, some AT&T TV NOW subscribers are finding that they can’t login to the app to watch content. If you’re receiving an error message this morning, it’s likely part of a widespread issue with the streaming service.

Update: AT&T TV NOW on most devices is working again. If you are still having trouble logging in try restarting your device.

Subscribers have taken to Reddit and social media to say that they’re getting a message saying “Oops something went wrong” when they try to login. Others are finding that they’re on a loop during login, being sent back to the login page after entering their information.

The problem has been reported on phones, tablets, streaming devices, and web browsers. Reports about the streaming service being down began about an hour ago.

AT&T’s support account on Twitter has not yet addressed the problem overall, but has responded to some messages, asking for more information about the error message and the device being used.

We’ll be back with an update when we know what’s causing the problem for AT&T TV NOW subscribers and if AT&T comments on the service being down.
