AT&T TV NOW Is Adding the New Marquee Sports Network for Cord Cutters

sports fans cheeringYesterday it was announced that Hulu will be adding the new Marquee Sports Network to its live TV service. Now Cord Cutters News can confirm that AT&T TV NOW will also be adding the new network. This new regional sports network will air Cubs games starting this year. Hulu and AT&T TV NOW will be the only options to stream Cubs games for many viewers because Comcast, who controls most of Chicago’s cable TV market, will not offer the network as of today.

Currently, the new Marquee Sports Network has deals with a handful of cable TV networks including AT&T, RCN, and now Hulu. For Cubs fans who want to be cord cutters, this means Hulu or AT&T TV NOW are, as of right now, their only options.

The Marquee Sports Network is a joint effort of the Cubs and the Sinclair Broadcast Group. According to reports, the network is still in talks with other services to add the new network before it goes live on February 22, 2020.
