AT&T TV NOW Has Fixed Its Billing Errors (If You Think Your Still Being Over Charged Contact AT&T TV NOW)

A young woman is sitting in her kitchen and is loking at her receipts at home while using a smart phoneLast Friday, AT&T started to notify AT&T TV NOW customers of a price hike that would take effect on November 19th, 2019. AT&T TV NOW PLUS/MAX customers are seeing a $15 a month price hike, and grandfathered customers will see a $10 price hike. Sadly though many customers reported that their accounts showed them getting billed more or less than they should have been.

Some AT&T TV NOW customers saw a $10 decrease, and others saw their bills go up by $25 a month. Even more, customers are reporting that their $25 grandfathered Go Big discount for being an early subscriber vanished.

Now it seems that AT&T has corrected this glitch and the correct totals are now showing in AT&T TV NOW customer accounts. If you believe you are still being overcharged or lost your Go Big discount for being an early subscribe you need to contact AT&T TV NOW’s support for help.

According to AT&T PR, the official price hikes will be $15 on MAX and Plus, along with $10 on all other plans. These changes will take effect on your next bill after November 19th, 2019. So if your next bill date is November 18th or earlier you shouldn’t see any changes in your plan from what you paid last month.
