AT&T Re-Adds 4 Local CW & NBC Affiliates to DIRECTV & AT&T TV NOW

Today it was announced that AT&T and MPS Media have agreed to a new deal after being dark on DIRECTV and AT&T TV NOW for six months. This deal will bring WTLF Tallahassee, WNBW Gainesville, WSWB Wilkes Barre, WFLI Chattanooga are back on DIRECTV, and in the case of WNBW back to AT&T TV NOW.

This news comes as AT&T recently re-added seven locals owned by Deerfield Media along with Howard Stirks Holdings. These locals include stations in Pensacola, FL; Baltimore, MD; Reno, NV; Rochester, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Port Authur/Beaumont, TX; Kerrville/San Antonio, TX; WEYI NBC in Flint-Saginaw, Mich.; and WWMB The CW in Myrtle Beach-Florence, S.C.; back to AT&T’s TV services.

“After more than five months of negotiations, DirecTV and Deerfield Media, LLC have reached an agreement about carrying 13WHAM ABC and CW Rochester in the Rochester, N.Y. television market,” ABC WHAM in Rochester, NY, said in a statement on their website.
