Want FREE HBO for life? Well AT&T has you covered if you are a DIRECTV NOW or AT&T Wireless Unlimited Plus subscribers.
“Our customers want wireless entertainment on their terms, and we’re going to deliver,” said David Christopher, chief marketing officer, AT&T Entertainment Group. “We are now including HBO when a customer has AT&T Unlimited Plus – giving you unlimited access to Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley, VEEP and more.”
So how does it work?:
- For customers who currently subscribe to HBO through one of AT&T’s video services—DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW or U-verse TV – HBO will be automatically included for no additional charge. These customers will receive a credit on their next 1-2 video bills.
- Customers who subscribe to an AT&T video service – but not HBO – will automatically receive access to the premium HBO channels through that service at no extra cost!
- Customers who have the AT&T Unlimited Plus wireless plan, but don’t subscribe to an AT&T video service, no problem at all. They can still access HBO content through the DIRECTV Now or HBO Go apps. No video subscription necessary!
