AT&T Agrees to Re-Add NBC & CW Locals Owned By Howard Stirks Holdings to DIRECTV & AT&T TV NOW

AT&T TV NOW logoToday it was announced that AT&T and Howard Stirks Holdings have agreed to a new deal after being dark on DIRECTV and AT&T TV NOW since June. This deal will bring WEYI NBC in Flint-Saginaw, Mich.; and WWMB The CW in Myrtle Beach-Florence, S.C.; back to AT&T’s TV services.

This news comes as AT&T recently re-added seven locals owned by Deerfield Media just last week. These locals include stations in Pensacola, FL; Baltimore, MD; Reno, NV; Rochester, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Port Authur/Beaumont, TX; and Kerrville/San Antonio, TX are back on AT&T TV services.

“After more than five months of negotiations, DirecTV and Deerfield Media, LLC have reached an agreement about carrying 13WHAM ABC and CW Rochester in the Rochester, N.Y. television market,” ABC WHAM in Rochester, NY, said in a statement on their website.
