Amazon’s Free IMDb TV Service is Now Available on iOS & Android

Amazon recently launched a new free ad-supported streaming service called Freedive. Amazon later renamed the service to IMDb TV. With IMDb TV you can get access to thousands of movie and TV episodes for free with ads from Amazon. At launch, Amazon promoted the service as being available on Fire TVs, Roku through the Amazon Channel, and online. Now Amazon is releasing an IMDb app for iOS and Android to include IMDb TV.

Recently Amazon announced new deals with Warner Bros., Sony, and MGM Studios to add more movies and TV shows to IMDb TV. This will bring thousands of new movies and TV shows to IMDb TV over the next year. Now we learn that content from Paramount and Lionsgate is now live on IMDb TV.

IMDb TV comes built into the Fire TV and is available inside the Amazon Prime Video app on devices like Roku, Apple TV, and more. You may need to hunt for it as it will be one of the rows of content buried far down in the Amazon Priem Video app.

You can find the IMDb TV app HERE.
