Amazon Prime Video is Now Available in Canada on Roku Players

This week Amazon and Roku announced that they are bringing their Amazon Prime Video Roku Channel to Canada. This gives Canadians access to the Amazon Video store on Roku for the first time.

“As we expand access to Prime Video on the Roku platform around the world, we look forward to making our service available on new devices for customers around the world.” Said Time Leslie, Vice President of Amazon Video International.

Here are all the players Amazon Prime Video supports in Roku.

Canadians have historically struggled with limited streaming options. Recently more services from the United States have been coming to Canada including CBS All Access and now Amazon Prime Video on Roku Players.  Hopefully, more services continue to come to Canada soon.
