The new remote will begin shipping to customers in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and India on January 23. This is the first time the Fire TV Stick and Alexa Voice Remote are available for purchase together in Canada.
Amazon is also offering 50% off the new remote while supplies last. The new remote with the ability to control your TV is only compatible with the Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Cube, and Fire TV (3rd Gen, Pendant Design).
