A while back, we reported on Amazon potentially adding free live TV content to its IMDb TV streaming service. And now we’ve heard from a reliable source that the company has indeed updated the service’s Fire TV app to include channels like Tastemade, Buzzr, Shout TV, and more.

IMDb TV launched in early 2019 under the name IMDb Freedive, and the company’s been adding more movie and content options ever since. Last year, Amazon secured several deals with movie studios like Sony and MGM to add to the service, and there’s been speculation that Amazon would invest further into the service to offer a stronger competitor to the likes of The Roku Channel and Pluto TV.

If you have a Fire TV app, feel free to check it out and let us know what you think of the new content options.
