Live TV add-ons
You can also use Hulu to watch live TV and stay current with things like news, sports, and more. Hulu currently has two live TV plans available. Hulu + Live TV costs $54.99/mo. while Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV costs $60.99/mo. If you have either of these plans, you also have the ability to buy the add-ons below.
- Hulu’s Español Add-on gives you access to live TV content in Spanish. CNN en Español, Discovery en Español, Discovery Familia, ESPN Deportes, History Channel en Español, and NBC Universo are all made available through this Add-on. This add-on costs $4.99/mo.
- Hulu’s Unlimited Screens add-on helps to ensure that you never run into a “too many screens” message again. Without this add-on, Hulu only allows you to stream from up to 5 different devices at a time. With this add-on, you, your family, your friend, and even your friend’s family can all stream at the same time. This add-on costs $9.99/mo.
- Hulu’s Enhanced Cloud DVR add-on gives you more account storage and the ability to fast forward through ads in your recorded programs. You’ll have 200 hours of Cloud Space and be able to save more recordings as a result. This add-on costs $9.99/mo.
Should I upgrade my Hulu?
Add-ons offer promising features and content for cord-cutters to enjoy, but are they worth it? Well, it depends.
