Adult Swim Becomes Even Friendlier to Cord Cutters

adult-swim-neon-logoAdult Swim has for a long time been very friendly to cord cutters but now they are even friendlier.

Adult Swim started on the Cartoon Network as a late-night block of shows with an adult theme. It has since grown into its own network. For some time they have offered free versions of many of their shows on their website. Although the number of episodes have been limited Adult Swim was one of the first to put shows on their website.

Now Adult Swim has launched a 24/7 live stream of Adult Swim shows on their website. This has been reported by some as an early test of a potential 24/7 Adult Swim. The best part of this for cord cutters is you can watch this 24/7 stream without a login.

The only downside is for now it is only on their website and not available on Roku and other streaming players, making this 24/7 stream a great example of why the ability to connect a computer to your TV is a great cord cutting tool.

From a micro PC to a laptop with an HDMI cable, having the ability to connect a computer to your TV can open up a lot of content for you as a cord cutter.

Hopefully other networks will learn from Adult Swim and The CW Network’s efforts to make their content available to cord cutters.
