ACE Shuts Down The IPTV Service UlangoTV

Remote and Soccer game on TVToday it was announced that ACE the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment has successfully shutdown one more IPTV service. Earlier today the IPTV service website was redirected to ACE’s anti-piracy page according to a report from TorrentFreak.

UlangoTV joins a growing list of IPTV services that have recently been shut down. ACE’s first major victory in its fight on IPTV came with a win over the IPTV service SET TV NOW. Since then ACE has been working to shut down as many IPTV services as it can.

Back in October 2019, UlangoTV announced that they planned to shutdown. Now with ACE taking over the domains, it seems clear a warning from ACE was the reason behind the shutdown of the IPTV service UlangoTV.

ACE members include Amazon, AMC Networks, BBC Worldwide, Bell Canada and Bell Media, Canal+ Group, CBS Corporation, Channel 5, Constantin Film, Discovery, Foxtel, Grupo Globo, HBO, Hulu, Lionsgate, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), Millennium Media, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Paramount Pictures, SF Studios, Sky, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Star India, Studio Babelsberg, STX Entertainment, Telefe, Telemundo, Televisa, Univision Communications Inc., Village Roadshow, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.

As 2020 continues, look for ACE and others to continue their efforts to shut down as many IPTV services as possible.
