ACC Network Has Officially Launched For Comcast’s Xfinity Customers Nationwide

Xfinity subscribers and enthusiasts of the Atlantic Coast Conference will be happy to know that the ACC Network (ACCN) is now available to all Xfinity customers nationwide. The news comes less than a month after an agreement was announced by both companies.

As the 24/7 national network dedicated to ACC sports, ACCN and its digital platform, ACCNX, combine to feature more than 1,500 ACC events each year. With more than 500 regular-season and tournament games from across the conference’s 27 sponsored sports, Xfinity subscribers can watch all the action unfold on channel 1325 on Digital Starter in states within the ACC footprint, and in other Comcast markets on Digital Preferred.

With the Xfinity launch, ACCN is now available on every major satellite, telco, and digital provider throughout the United States, with its reach expanding to nearly 90 million available households.

As Disney owns the majority of ACCN, the launch couldn’t have come at a better time. Disney has been in negotiations with its distributors, this past weekend, it was announced that YouTube TV and Disney reached an agreement for Disney’s channels to remain on the streaming platform, just in time for college football bowl season. Now, Xfinity subscribers, who are fans of ACC teams, will be able to get supplemental coverage via ACCN.
