A Special Thank You From Luke to Everyone Who Reads Cord Cutters News

Cutting the cable connection to coax connector illustrating retired people cancelling cable TV serviceIt is hard to believe that over five years ago Cord Cutters News officially launched. At first Cord Cutters News was just a fun side project to let people know my thoughts on the world of cord cutting, it has become something far larger than I could have ever dreamed of with millions of readers.

Thanks to you, the reader, this became my full-time job and now we have been able to hire several full-time staff and freelancers. Thanks to the millions of monthly Cord Cutters News readers we have been able to expand with more plans for the future.

As we are now in our sixth year of operation as Cord Cutters News, I want to say thank you. I have been incredibly blessed to get to know many of the loyal readers who visit the website, YouTube, and social media every day.

I hope that we have somehow helped you save money. Or maybe helped make the decision to cut the cord an easy one.

Sam Walton said, “If we work together, we’ll lower the cost of living for everyone… we’ll give the world an opportunity to see what it’s like to save and have a better life.” I hope Cord Cutters News has helped people save money so they have a little extra cash to have a better life.

I am always amazed when I talk to TV executives who joke about how cord cutting savings are just not worth it. To an executive, saving $87 or $100 may seem like nothing, but to many that can be a tank of gas or a week of food that they may otherwise not have had. Hopefully, we have helped someone save money who needed the help.

None of this would be possible without you. You make Cord Cutters News possible not just as a hobby but as something that has allowed us to offer others a job. We have big plans for the future of Cord Cutters News all with the goal of helping people save money and improve their lives.

While this may not seem like much, today I want to take a moment and say thank you to everyone who visits the website, watches our YouTube videos, or follows us on social media. You make this all possible and by doing so may be helping others.
