6 FREE Sports Shows & Movies to Watch on Crackle This Weekend

If you’re stuck inside this weekend and looking for something to watch, Crackle has you covered. The free streaming service has a content library filled with everything from reality shows to action films, including a collection of sports content that you can watch anytime, anywhere, on Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, Android TV, iOS and Android devices, and more.

On Point

In this 10-part Crackle Original docu-series, follow the journey of three up and coming high school basketball phenoms as they compete in the famed AAU tournaments, which produced the likes of LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Kobe Bryant. Watch these rising stars as they weave their way on and off the court towards their dreams of an NBA career.

The Natural

In this most classic of all baseball tales, Robert Redford plays Roy Hobbs, a player seemingly with no past. Hobbs joins the down on their luck, New York Knights franchise, a team in the basement of the standings. As Hobbs shows he is more than an aging rookie, his past comes back to haunt him on his way to ultimate baseball glory.

Rudy

Likely voted “The kid LEAST likely to make the Notre Dame football team”, Sean Astin plays Rudy Ruettiger, the toughest player who won’t take “no” for an answer. Watch Rudy get knocked down again, and again (and again) and yet get back up, until he found himself in the game. Try not to cry in that final scene, we dare you

Sunset Park

Watch Rhea Perlman coach a rag-tag group of inner-city players who have everything stacked against them. As the season goes on, the team’s odds improve as their coach convinces them to believe in themselves as much as she believes in them.

The Fan

This taught thriller starring Robert DeNiro and Wesley Snipes reminds us not only to be careful when meeting your hero, but also when meeting your biggest fan. Some people say baseball is slow, but no sport has ever been this intense.

Concussion

Will Smith plays forensic pathologist, Dr. Bennett Omalu, who while doing a routine autopsy on an ex-NFL player discovers the awful results of a life spent in cranial collisions. Taking his findings to the powers that be, the good doctor finds himself a marked man rather than hailed as the hero he is.
