Tubi TV is Being Added to More Devices & Smart TVs

Today Tubi TV, the largest free streaming service announced an agreement with Sony Electronics to add the Tubi TV streaming app to Sony Smart TVs and Sony Blu-ray players globally. With the addition of Sony products  Tubi TV, has a growing the constellation of smart TVs, game consoles, streaming media and mobile devices that provide consumers with instant access to Tubi TV’s collection of free premium movies and TV shows.

“We’re pleased to make Tubi TV available on Sony products,” said Nick Colsey, Vice President of Business Development for Sony Electronics. “Millions of Sony customers now have free access to Tubi TV’s massive collection of premium content  — a welcome addition to their full complement of entertainment options.”

As part of the agreement, Tubi TV will be highlighted on Sony’s homepage menu of featured apps as well as all other Sony connected devices dating back to 2012.*

Launched in 2014, Tubi TV’s ad-supported service is leading a revolution in how viewers consume entertainment. With more than 200 content partners—including Lionsgate, MGM, Paramount Pictures, Starz and The Weinstein Company — Tubi TV counts more than 40,000 videos in its constantly growing library, which includes Oscar-winning movies, Emmy-winning TV shows, classics, family and kids programming, telenovelas, Korean dramas, stand-up comedy, horror and much more.
