Beginning today, Hulu’s new experience and Live TV service will be available on the Amazon Fire TV and Amazon Fire TV Stick. Hulu viewers who watch on these devices will be upgraded to the newly revamped user interface and will now also have the option to subscribe to the Hulu with Live TV (beta) plan. The Fire TV and Fire Stick join Apple TV, Xbox One, iOS and Android mobile devices, and Chromecast as supported devices for Hulu’s live TV beta.

Now you will need to wait for the automatically upgraded to Hulu’s new app before existing Hulu Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick users will be able to personalize their service. Amazon is known to slowly roll out these updates but hopefully, you will see the new update today.

Here is a quick look at the new Hulu app. (Note this is on the Xbox One but it will have the same UI on the Fire TV. We will post an updated video as soon as we can.)

Hulu’s live TV streaming service has only been on the market a few months, but it’s been a busy few months. After launching with just a handful of locals, Hulu now has locals in over 100 markets around the United States. You can find the full list of locals Hulu has to offer HERE.

The Hulu app on the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick will automatically upgrade to the new Hulu experience through an over-the-air (OTA) update. To sign up for a one week free trial of the Hulu with Live TV beta plan, please visit https://www.hulu.com/live-tv. To upgrade your current plan, go to https://www.hulu.com/account to change your plan options. You can add the Hulu app to your Fire TV HERE.

Hulu says they will continue to roll out to more devices soon. If you have feedback Hulu says you can submit your feedback and vote on existing ideas here at https://hulu.uservoice.com.
