A few weeks ago Cord Cutters News confirmed that Hulu has started beta testing the new app and live TV streaming service on Roku streaming players.

Now we have seen the Roku channel running, and it is similar to the new apps you will find on the Fire TV and Xbox One.

Here is your first look at the new Hulu Roku Channel running on Roku players.

Hulu has not listed any roll out time for the new live TV streaming service and new Hulu app to be added to Roku streaming players, but it did say it will “continue to roll out to more devices soon.” So what does soon mean? Currently, the new Hulu app on Roku is in closed public testing with hand picked testers.

We will have to wait and find out, but it looks like it is well on its way to releasing a new Roku channel. The good new is the Roku Channel we saw look very polished especially for something that is described as a beta test.
