BBC Sport Now Available On The Roku In The UK

Great news for any UK cord cutters that love sports. BBC sports launches today on the ROKU and it is FREE! The app is available on all Roku devices.

BBC Sport brings the latest sporting news, live action and highlights to all Roku streaming players. Hundreds of videos are available and users can filter by sport to find the content they want to watch, including a dedicated filter option for the upcoming World Cup.

The BBC will show live coverage of 31 of the World Cup games this summer, as well as bring comprehensive news, analysis, match stats and live scores from the tournament. Other sports coverage includes Formula 1, Cricket, Rugby League and Rugby Union.

BBC Sport is available for free now and can be found in the Roku Channel Store in the UK.

Hopefully US cord cutters will get similar official options even if they have to pay for them.
